Didn't receive product

I've just seen that the awards are going to be sent and I still didn't receive my product. With how could i get in touch to see what has happened?

We will have sent all the rewards by the end of September. As we make all shipments, we update the package status on Kickstarter and send you a special message with information about the cargo company and the tracking number.
