Software to Program PicoBricks
I have investigated other tools with which to program PicoBricks and have found the following:
Mind+: Home - Mind+ - (mindplus.cc)
microBlock IDE: microBlock IDE
Mixly 2.0: Mixly2.0 RC3发布 - Let's Mixly!
BlocklyDuino Editor F2: 吉哥的分享 - 如何安裝吉哥自製積木 (google.com)
BIPES: Desarrollo (bipes.net.br)
Todos ellos son de uso gratuito y en algunos las bibliotecas de componentes son muy extensas.

Hi,
Great overview. Can you tell us about your experience with the different software packages above?

Hello.
I have tried all the graphical programming software packages and in my opinion each of them has a different scope of users.
For me the most powerful in terms of library availability are Mixly and BlocklyDuino Editor F2. I recommend both for more complex projects.
Min+ and microBlock are very suitable tools for education and I recommend them for users with little programming experience.
The new PicoBricks IDE package has good features for teaching at Secondary Education levels. It incorporates the possibility of programming graphically at two levels and also includes programming in Python. The idea of including a simulator is very interesting and distinguishes this software among others.

Did you try MicroBlocks? https://microblocks.fun/
It is online and offline available. Works with windows, linux, RaspBerry Pi and mac. Installation file is between 9-10 MB. It even has a special PicoBricks library.

Hello Peter.
Yes, I know and use MicroBlocks with Raspberry Pi Pico and I am also currently working with PicoBricks.
I have written a book on programming the Raspberry Pi Pico with MicroBlocks. You can download it on my blog:

File: https://cdn.cytron.io/MAKER-PI-PICO/Programaci%C3%B3n%20con%20microBlocks.pdf
Now I want to prepare a new PicoBricks with MicroBlocks programming book based on this book that I'm telling you that I will put at the service of the community.

@JoseManuelRuiz wow, that is a really extensive book. I don't know Spanish so couldn't read it but it looks great.

Hi @JoseManuelRuiz,
I would really like to read and review your book. Is there an English translation? More people can benefit from your experiences.
Have a great day!

Unfortunately I have not translated this book into English, but I am going to prepare one based on PicoBricks that I would like to write in English.
If you need something from me, don't hesitate to ask me.
