Where is the If Else block?

I was creating a project and required an IF Else block. Could not see it in the Control section. I ended up clipping one from an existing program from your online library. I pasted it onto my project no problem. Could not save or drag it into my control box for future.

How do I create/save this block to my control section of Micro blocks.
