Broken Links

It's been mentioned before but the ebook links to 3d printables, 3.1.1 & 3.1.2 are broken. They return a 404 "Page not found" page. The links are ok except that they have a trailing "%0D" at the end. The link works once the trailing characters are removed.

    The ebook has been updated and while some of the broken links have been fixed, some still remain,

    3.1.2 "Original Project page" link has a trailing %0D

    3.1.4 "Project Page" link has a trailing %0D

    Additionally some of the sections are out of order. Not sure if this is intentional or not.

    Sections of 2.4 are out of order. They go 2.4.1, 2.4.2, 2.4.4, 2.4.5, 2.4.3

    Sections of 2.8 are out of order. They go 2.8.1, 2.8.2, 2.8.4, 2.8.5, 2.8.3

    Sections of 2.13 are out of order. They go 2.13.1, 2.13.2, 2.13.5, 2.13.3, 2.13.4
